Qwiser™ Salesperson is typically implemented using a Software as a Service (SaaS) arrangement on Celebros servers. This standard method suits the needs of most customers.

For those who prefer it, Qwiser Salesperson can be implemented as a hosted XML web service, also on the company’s servers. Celebros provides all the options for sites to integrate the solution in the way that best suits their needs and the resources at their disposal, including as an in-house solution.

When Qwiser is implemented as an SaaS, Celebros installs all the required components which include all the information related to search. Celebros also creates the search page user interface that reflects the online shop’s requirements and preferences. The search results presented to shoppers also reside on Celebros servers. After receiving the search results, shoppers are returned to the shop’s own servers to continue any non-search related functionality (i.e., links clicked, purchases, etc.)

On a regular basis (usually daily), Celebros receives an export of the shop catalogue so that its servers have the most recently updated product information.

Celebros coordinates with customers to ensure that they have the proper XML parser to receive and interpret the search results data which are received from Celebros servers in XML.
