As newly appointed CEO of Celebros Inc and Celebros Ltd, Ofer Alt brings with him 15 years of experience, the majority of which has been spent founding successful companies such as Poly Information, which in the space of six years became a leading provider of Interactive Speech Response solutions to call centers. Poly Information was founded by Ofer in 2000 and taken public in 2006 (AIM: PLY).

At Celebros, Ofer’s leadership through experience, vision and strategic thinking will be felt in his hands-on management. These combine with his intimate understanding of both the technical and business sides involved in creating value in companies and the solutions they sell.

Vice President for Marketing & Sales, Tal Rubenczyk directs the company’s marketing and sales activities. His thorough familiarity with the market and his interaction with customers ensure that the tools Celebros develops meet e-commerce sites’ needs and goals. Tal got his computing start in the early 1990’s as an Israel Army intelligence officer where his department of industrial engineers and system developers created and implemented information systems.

Oren Hod, Chief Technical Officer, directs the company’s extensive R&D activities. His combination of professional expertise and understanding of e-commerce has led to the development of Celebros’s world-class solutions for online retailers. An avid technophile, Oren’s start in computers began in childhood and continued through his Israel Army service as a member of an elite intelligence unit where he directed software development.

Linda brings a wealth of diverse experience accumulated during the past 20 years in positions such as CFO, acting CEO (at Edunetics) and CEO (at Ankura) for international hi-tech companies. Recent positions include Bay Networks, Ankura - which Linda founded, and Imarad Imaging Systems. In addition to managing multi-million dollar annual budgets and participating in the many aspects of running a hi-tech operation, Linda’s work has contributed to successfully raising venture capital for the companies with which she has been associated.

As Vice President of Professional Services and member of the executive management team, Arnon brings a world of experience in managing professional service organizations to Celebros. Arnon has made a career of software development, training, Implementation and service delivery in international companies for over 20 years. Most recently, he spent 12 years at Amdocs where his tenure included directing the service teams for international clients as diverse as British Telecom, Best Buy, Cingular, Vodafone, Nextel and more. Arnon’s focus is on developing systems that make solution and services delivery smooth.
